December 17, 2025 - We’re excited to share that Carbon13 has invested in Fidelis AI.
Autonomous systems promise major gains in safety, efficiency, and sustainability, but developing validating them in the real world is slow, expensive, and carbon-intensive. At Fidelis AI, we’re building scalable low-carbon technologies to help develop autonomous systems faster, more safely, and more sustainably.
This investment will help us accelerate our R&D roadmap, expand our simulation capabilities, and deepen work with early commercial partners starting with strong momentum in maritime autonomy and a broader path toward civilian and defence autonomy solutions.
As part of Carbon13 community, we also gain access to an exceptional network of operators, investors, and domain experts who share a common mission: backing ventures that materially reduce emissions.
Michael Langguth, Carbon13 Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer, said: “Fidelis AI is tackling an incredibly important challenge in autonomous systems with a truly innovative approach. The combination of deep technical expertise and real-world traction stood out from the start. Excited to support the team as they build out solutions that could transform the sector and make a real difference on climate.”
We’re grateful to Michael Langguth, Nicky Dee, and the entire Carbon13 team for their trust and support — and especially to our EiR, Adam Mandel, for his outstanding guidance throughout the programme.
